If just half of all households receiving the Town Crier FREE each month were to send in a single
five dollar donation, we would far surpass our fundraising goal.
As a non-profit news-paper, we are required by law to receive a certain percentage of income from private support. This non-profit status gives us a discounted postage rate allowing us to serve our community by mailing the newspaper free to everyone within Fairview/Fletcher.
In addition, the Crier had our Roaring 20's fundraiser on June 12th, and a great time was had by all who attended. There was a silent auction, but everyone was having so much fun at the party, many wonderful items did not get bid upon. There are paintings and jewelry by local artists, and a gorgeous rustic china cabinet that could be yours with the right bid. Pick up a local Town Crier to see the offerings. You'll find them at the Fairview Library and most retail establishments in the Fairview/Reynolds area.
